Hilaire Pickett Martin

I have a deep passion for helping individuals unlock and embrace their full potential. Raleigh Workup is the conduit through which entrepreneurs can actualize their dreams. This is the space where entrepreneurs come together, genuinely support each other and encourage the most beautiful dreams to take root and flourish.

As a Raleigh native, I am a proud graduate of Elon University and hold honors from the Isabella Cannon Leadership Fellows Program and a BA in Communications. I have spent over 14 years working and running a seven figure, debt free, family business within the luxury home industry.

I love a mean chili, a good paint brush, soul music, the smell of ripe peaches, dance parties in the kitchen, finding harmony in nature, and above all I gain comfort in holding a tiny hand.
